To install the skin on Winamp, after you have downloaded the skin file, just double click on the file and agree on the whole thing that Winamp are spouting about
One additional note, once you have install your winamp skin, the skin will be copied to the Winamp’s skin folder. If you are installing it in a default option, you can find your installed skin at C:\\Program Files\Winamp\Skins.
